Jennifer Bezoza is a leadership coach who works with senior executives and emerging high potential leaders to hone their individual leadership style and strengths, and to identify and address hidden blind spots to create phenomenal performance results for leaders and their teams.
Jennifer leverages a number of disciplines in her work with clients, including neuroscience, personality theory, human performance research, conflict resolution science and emotional intelligence. Having held various leadership roles in human capital and human resources, in organizations such as The Advisory Board Company, Towers Perrin, GE Commercial Towers Perrin, and the Visiting Nurse Service of New York, Jennifer draws on her knowledge of best practices to support her clients in retaining, engaging and developing people, communicating transparently and inspirationally, and leading teams through large organizational changes.
Jennifer holds an MA in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a BA with honors in Humanities and Psychology from Stanford University. She completed her coach training at New York University and the Neuroleadership Institute. Jennifer is certified in Center for Creative Leadership’s 360-degree feedback assessment suite, The Leadership Circle Profile Assessment, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behavior (FIRO-B) instrument.
A native Californian until college graduation, Jennifer has also lived in Oxford, Jerusalem, Boston, and Washington DC. New York City has been home since 2001. Many formative lessons came through competitive sports, having led a volleyball team to a Junior Olympic title, and then later playing on and serving as a captain of the Stanford field hockey team. While her time on the court and field has come to an end, she is still a health and sport enthusiast, and frequently can be found running in Central Park, cheering on her son’s lacrosse team, and/or hiking, biking, and skiing with her husband and family.
