We bring out the best in leaders so they can bring out the best in their teams and the organization. We provide executive coaching, group and team facilitation and instructional design services to organizations nationally, and primarily in New York City.
Meet the Team
We are an experienced and client-centered group of coaches and leadership development experts who are passionate and a pleasure to partner with in the work. We are mainly based in New York City, but work nationally.
Leading for Good is led by Jennifer Bezoza, Founder and Executive Coach.
Jennifer is an executive coach in New York City with particular expertise in interpersonal leadership skills and instructional design. Clients can expect a unique combination of warmth, flexibility and creativity, coupled with directness, structure and accountability.

Co-Creation
We prefer to go out of the box to create something that is uniquely valuable for client preferences, personalities, context and demands. We provide a non-judgmental, creative space for clients to vent, laugh, cry, dream and learn as leaders.
Curiosity
We ask lots of questions to understand clients holistically and help them think more deeply and expansively about the current reality and the opportunities available. We challenge ourselves to continually learn and grow alongside clients as professionals and people.
Integrity
We are transparent and client centered in our interactions. As trusted advisors to the organization, we are sensitive to the needs of all stakeholder interests and look to honor confidentiality and balance different interests. Finally, we want to walk the talk. When we make a mistake, we are willing to reflect, acknowledge and take responsibility for making it right.
Generosity
We look to go above and beyond, whether by making helpful introductions, taking an interest in clients holistically, and/or sharing relevant leadership resources and support on an ongoing basis. We are not in the business of doing transactional work; we stretch our clients to get out of their own way so they can be truly extraordinary in their chosen fields and roles.
